XBPS 0.30 is out

A new XBPS stable version has been released: 0.30. This is a minor bugfix release that contains the following changes:

When reinstalling a package (or downgrading) also check for obsolete files and remove them if it’s needed.
When reinstalling a package (or downgrading) make sure to also respect its installation mode (automatic or manual).
Fixed a bug where in some cases valid symlinks in a package were not removed (just dangling symlinks were removed).
